  • What is the Admission Process?

    While applying for admission, kindly verify the following:

    • The letter of recommendation from your doctor.
    • Reserving Slip (for Maternity Cases).
    • Passport (for foreign nationals and NRIs).
    • If your employer or insurance provider will be paying for any or all of your medical costs, they must provide a letter of confirmation.
    • Results of your tests, x-rays, and a list of the medications you are currently taking.
    • DEPOSIT: In order to minimise delays in completing admission formalities at the time of admission, it is advised that the deposit in line with the schedule of charges be paid in advance. You will be informed by the registration staff of the needed deposit, which can be done with cash, a cheque or a major credit card.
    • Patients with company tie-ups and emergency admissions to ICUs or ICCUs are not required to pay a deposit.
    • Prior to admission, the patient or a member of his family must properly complete and sign the admission form.
    • It should be emphasised that the data provided on the admission form must be accurate because it will be recorded on the admission papers and utilised for a variety of practical purposes, including birth certificates, insurance claims, medicolegal proceedings, and more.
  • What is the Discharge Process?

    For discharge from hospital, kindly verify the following:

    • The discharge process only begins after the treating physician has approved and the discharge card has been prepared.
    • To save time, any refunds for extra medications return should be made the day before discharge. You will be assisted in the process by the floor nurse.
    • The nurse would compile the discharge paperwork and transport the ward boy and any accompanying family members to the discharge counter where the final bill would be prepared.
    • A discharge confirmation slip will be sent to the patient's relative by the discharge counter clerk when the final bill amount has been settled.
    • The nurse on the floor will give the patient's relatives the original set of discharge cards and reports as soon as she receives the discharge intimation slip.
